Advanced DIP Financing

Lorenzo Marinuzzi, global chair, and Ben Butterfield, partner, from Morrison Foerster’s Business Restructuring + Insolvency Group, will participate in a presentation during BARBRI’s CLE program, “Advanced DIP Financing: Structuring Equity-Linked Facilities, Roll-Overs, Cross-Collateralization, Priming, and More,” on Tuesday, September 22, 2026, from 1:00 p.m.–2:30 p.m. ET.

During the program, the presenters will discuss advanced and emerging debtor-in-possession (DIP) financing issues that are the subject of significant judicial scrutiny and intense negotiations between DIP lenders and other stakeholders.
