Lisa Phelan to Speak at The Economist Group’s Antitrust Summit US

Morrison Foerster partner Lisa Phelan, will speak at The Economist Group’s inaugural Antitrust Summit US on October 28, 2026, in New York. The Summit will bring together leading competition authorities, in-house counsel, economists, and legal practitioners to examine emerging trends and challenges in antitrust law and enforcement.

Lisa will participate in the Cartel Enforcement panel discussion, which will examine the evolving landscape of domestic and international cartel enforcement, including the challenges posed by algorithmic pricing collusion. The panel will explore declining global leniency applications, the impact of private litigation on leniency incentives, the effectiveness of digital monitoring and the DOJ’s new whistleblower rewards program, and the shifting balance between domestic enforcement priorities and international cartel investigations.
