MoFo Earns WILEF 2021 Gold Standard Certification

On July 12, 2021, the Women in Law Empowerment Forum (WILEF) announced that MoFo was among the 29 U.S. firms awarded Gold Standard Certification. This status is granted to major firms that meet objective benchmarks pertaining to the number of women among equity partners and firm leadership, and in the ranks of their most highly compensated partners. 

To meet the U.S. Gold Standard, firms must satisfy a 25% minimum of women equity partners, and at least 40% of all attorneys promoted to equity partnerships over the last 12 months must be women, among other requirements. MoFo was one of 6 2021 Gold Standard Certified firms that have received the honor every year since the WILEF award program started in 2011.
