MoFo Awarded “Gold” Rating in LGBTQ Pride Index 2021

Morrison & Foerster’s Tokyo office has been awarded the highest rating of Gold in the annual work with Pride (wwP) PRIDE Index 2021.

Created by Japanese nonprofit wwP in 2016, the PRIDE Index evaluates companies on their LGBTQ+ workplace initiatives based on five key criteria: Policy, Representation, Inspiration, Development, and Engagement/Empowerment.

This ranking reflects Morrison & Foerster’s longstanding commitment to creating a culture that respects and celebrates differences, while providing an inclusive environment where everyone’s contributions are valued.
