Bob Litt spoke to Politico about the Trans-Atlantic Data Privacy Framework that U.S. President Joe Biden and European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen tentatively announced in March.
“From one perspective, you can say that nothing is new,” Bob said. “Both the EU and the U.S. have been saying all along we have to get this done. What nobody really knows on the outside is, does this actually reflect an agreement or is it just an agreement to agree? We don’t know any of the details.”
