MoFo Advises Sigma Defense on Acquisition of Sub-U
MoFo represented Sigma Defense, a leading systems integrator serving the U.S. Department of Defense to provide systems and services for Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance, in connection with its acquisition of the business and intellectual property of Sub U Systems, which specializes in the development of customized information security devices.
The combined company plans to expand technology offerings intended for tactical networking and communications by offering a common hardware platform with software applications that support intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance relay, analytics, artificial intelligence, and edge computing. The company also aims to bring a platform capable of supporting AI, machine learning, and analytics to the Department of Defense’s Joint All-Domain Command and Control effort.
