“I started with MoFo just as the world went remote due to the pandemic, and I had joined straight from government and, therefore, had no clients,” Haima said. “I made it my mission to use technology to network internally as much as possible, both to understand my colleagues’ practices and to tell them about my securities enforcement practice. In addition to providing excellent customer service, I have always invested a lot of time in staying current on, and speaking and writing about, SEC and other securities enforcement developments. In doing so, I gained the trust of MoFo’s Litigation Department leadership that I had the chops substantively and personally to advocate for more than 80 attorneys in the Securities Litigation, Enforcement, and White Collar Group.”
