Morrison Foerster advised Rubicon Technology Partners, a leading private equity firm that is focused on investing in and growing enterprise software companies, in connection with its strategic majority investment in a market-leading senior living software platform created by the combination of Enquire, Glennis Solutions, and Sherpa CRM.
The combined company is uniquely positioned to improve the lives of older adults and those who care about them by delivering the first comprehensive, scalable end-to-end software solution designed by and for senior living providers. With its investment, Rubicon will become the majority shareholder of the combined entity. Rubicon’s investment also includes additional growth capital to support continued product innovation, customer support, and acquisitions.
The team advising Rubicon was led by San Francisco M&A/private equity partner Patrick Huard and Denver M&A/private equity partner Erik Knudsen, with invaluable assistance from corporate associates William Halaby III, Hardin Cox, Olga Terets, Shams Haidari, Emily Voytas and Lauren Strauss.
