David Cross was quoted by the Washington Post in a story about election fraud and security of voting machines in Georgia.

“The only way to secure a system is people have to know that if they breach that system, they are going to be held accountable,” David, said last month in court. “And these people almost got away with it.”

He represents a group of individual Georgia voters and voting rights organizations in a suit (Curling v. Raffensperger) against Georgia state officials alleging the state’s reliance on direct recording electronic voting systems burdened their Fourteenth Amendment Rights to due process and equal protection.
