Morrison Foerster served as government contracts counsel to Emmes, a global, full-service clinical research organization dedicated to supporting the advancement of public health and biopharmaceutical innovation, for regulatory matters related to its acquisition of Essex Management. Essex offers bioinformatics and health information technology consulting services to government, private sector, and academic organizations. Together, Emmes and Essex bring more than forty years of combined experience providing the National Cancer Institute with a range of statistical and data analysis support.
