Morrison Foerster Named One of the Most Innovative Law Firms in the Asia Pacific by the Financial Times

The Financial Times (FT) has named Morrison Foerster as one of the Most Innovative Law Firms in the Asia-Pacific as part of its FT Innovative Lawyers Asia Pacific 2023 awards. The firm has been shortlisted in the Most Innovative Law Firm Headquartered Outside Asia Pacific category for the second consecutive year. In addition, Morrison Foerster was shortlisted in the following categories:

• Innovation in People & Strategy: MoFo’s extensive secondment program, through collaboration of our partners, lawyer development, and business development teams, provides practical support for our secondees and explore ways to ensure that the secondment fulfills clients’ business objectives and ultimately strengthens our client relationship.
• Innovative Individual Practitioners: Marcia Ellis has been shortlisted due to her position as one of the most experienced M&A lawyers active in the Asia market—having advised on deals with total aggregate value well exceeding USD237 billion in the last three years alone—and her work as a dedicated champion for women at MoFo and in the wider legal industry.

Winners will be announced at the FT Innovative Lawyers Asia Pacific 2023 awards ceremony hosted at The Fullerton Hotel Singapore on May 4, 2023.
