Morrison Foerster Recognized by Silicon Valley Business Journal as Top Corporate Philanthropist

Morrison Foerster has been ranked on the Silicon Valley Business Journal’s Top Corporate Philanthropists list. MoFo is one of only three law firms recognized on the list of 50 companies in the valley. 

Each year, the Silicon Valley Business Journal honors corporate philanthropists, non-profit institutions, and individuals who are creating change in the region. The top 50 companies on the latest list of Silicon Valley’s most generous philanthropists collectively gave $158.3 million to local charities in 2022.

The recognition highlights the efforts of both Morrison & Foerster LLP and The Morrison & Foerster Foundation. Funded primarily by the firm’s lawyers, the Foundation has contributed more than $76 million since 1986 to a variety of nonprofit organizations that address social welfare and systemic discrimination through programs focused on legal aid, civil rights, equity in education, healthcare, and housing.
