Susan (“Suz”) co-chairs the ESG + Sustainability and Social Enterprise + Impact Investing practices. Marcia’s practice focuses on private equity transactions and complex mergers and acquisitions involving companies and other assets located in Asia. Having practiced in Asia for more than a quarter of a century, Marcia is one of the most experienced M&A lawyers active in the Asian market.
