Meet The American Lawyer’s 2023 Attorney of the Year Finalists

David Cross was profiled by The American Lawyer for being a finalist of the Attorney of the Year award.

David, born without a left hand, summoned the courage in 2020 to host a firmwide talk to discuss disability awareness.

“A lot of employees reached out to share their stories and find resources,” he said. “It’s great to help people navigate this and realize I’m not alone in trying to navigate an industry that hasn’t embraced professionals with disabilities to the level of other underrepresented groups.”
