Annually, MoFo celebrates Women’s History Month during the month of March and International Women’s Day on March 8. This year’s theme for Women’s History Month is Women Who Advocate for Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion, and throughout the month, MoFo will highlight the many contributions of our women leaders, along with countless others throughout history.
We are proud of the fact that women continue to set the bar for excellence, and our firm leadership is no exception. Globally, 50% of our board of directors, 33% of our Partnership Review Committee, 30% of our office managing partners, and 21 chairs or co-chairs of our firm’s practice groups are women.
A testament to our commitment to developing women leaders in the industry, last week we hosted the ninth MoFo Summit for Women In-House Counsel in Brooklyn, New York. With over 200 women lawyers in attendance, including over 100 from across the firm, the client program showcased the expertise of our women lawyers.
