Morrison Foerster advised REPKON USA Holdings Inc., a technology leader in the aerospace and defense market, in connection to its definitive agreement for the acquisition of McCormick Stevenson Corporation, an engineering services and design firm specializing in munitions and other defense applications.
This acquisition strengthens REPKON USA's engineering and program management team, while increasing McCormick Stevenson's resources to offer more services to its customers.
