MoFo advised Cofertility on its $7.25 million Series A funding round co-led by Next Ventures and Offline Ventures. Cofertility enables women to freeze their eggs for free when donating half to intend parents that can't otherwise conceive. Other investors in the Series A round include Initialized, How Women Invest, Foreground Capital, and Gratitude Railroad.
The MoFo team was led by San Francisco emerging companies + venture capital partner Mike LaPlante and associate Matthew Kwon, with assistance from San Diego associate Bryce Bark.
