Bo Sarzynska Receives Next Generation Award from Connect CRE

Connect CRE has recognized New York associate Bo Sarzynska with its Next Generation Award, highlighting rising stars in the real estate industry who are aged 35 and younger. The award honors candidates in all sectors of commercial real estate—from leasing and development to investment and finance—who “stand out for their talent, drive, and fresh ideas.”

Bo is a senior associate in Morrison Foerster’s Real Estate Group, where she represents clients in complex commercial real estate transactions, including the acquisition, financing, and development of a wide variety of commercial real estate assets across the United States. She also has experience in the fund finance space, working with both lenders and borrowers in connection with credit facilities, including subscription lines of credit, unsecured lines of credit, and borrowing base facilities for private equity funds and real estate investment trusts (REITs). Bo also advises clients in workouts and restructurings of troubled loans.
