Morrison Foerster ranked in the top five percent of all law firms in the BTI Client Service A-Team 2025: Survey of Law Firm Client Service Performance report, securing the number 12 spot on the “BTI Client Service 30” list. MoFo was also recognized as having the best year-over-year improvement of any firm. This year’s ranking is derived from client interviews and includes top marks in areas that are central to the firm’s values of substantive excellence and commitment to client service.
According to BTI’s report, “MoFo distinguishes itself through its innovative approach, practical insight, and unwavering dedication to client success. Leveraging deep industry knowledge, creative legal strategies, and cohesive cross-firm collaboration, they navigate mission-critical matters with agility, discretion, and strategic precision.”
Based entirely on client feedback, the list identifies firms that perform nine to 15 times better than the typical law firm. The analysis utilizes 17 objective ranking factors, which corporate counsel agree are essential for fostering strong relationships with law firms. These legal decisionmakers single out and rank firms, providing explanations without prompts or suggestions.
This recognition follows results from April of this year, when MoFo was ranked in the BTI Most Recommended Law Firms 2025 report, among the “Best of the Best” law firms.
