(Nasdaq: UPLD), a leader in AI-powered knowledge and content management software, in connection with its agreement with private credit direct lender Sound Point Capital to refinance its existing debt with a new $240 million, six-year senior secured term loan and $30 million, six-year senior secured revolving facility.
