The Legal Aid Foundation of Los Angeles (LAFLA) has recognized senior of counsel Jack Londen and Morrison Foerster with its Pro Bono Service Award.
Jack has been extraordinarily committed to pro bono service throughout his 45-year career at the firm, with notable impacts on improving access to education for low-income children and children of color in California. He is being honored for his “pioneering leadership on access to justice in California.” The award also recognizes MoFo’s disaster response efforts (through wildfires, mudslides, and most recently, the Los Angeles fires) and its support of LAFLA’s student programs.
Jack and the firm were honored at LAFLA’s Access to Justice Gala on October 29, 2025. Pro Bono Immigration Counsel Jenna Gilbert accepted the award on behalf of the firm. Learn more about LAFLA’s Access to Justice Gala and its other honorees.
