<p>Paula Paprocki is a Senior Associate in Morrison Foerster’s Berlin office. She advises companies, their governing bodies, and shareholders at the intersection of corporate law, capital markets law, and corporate governance, with a particular focus on providing legal and strategic advice to listed companies.</p><p>Her practice includes advising on national and cross-border M&A transactions, including private acquisitions and public takeovers, the structuring and implementation of corporate and capital markets financing measures, and advising on general corporate law matters. A particular focus of her work lies in capital markets compliance, the preparation and conduct of shareholders’ meetings, and advising management and supervisory boards on corporate governance, directors’ liability, and executive compensation, including the design and implementation of complex remuneration systems for listed companies.</p><p>Paula is also a co-speaker of the annual practical seminar “Berliner Update Kapitalmarktrecht,” held in Berlin.</p>

<p>Paula Paprocki ist Senior Associate im Berliner Büro von Morrison Foerster.
