Morrison Foerster Ranked #7 on Law360 Pulse Leaderboard

Morrison Foerster ranked #7 on Law360 Pulse’s 2025 Leaderboard, marking the second consecutive year MoFo has earned a top 10 spot in the annual survey of the most well-rounded U.S. law firms. The ranking recognizes firms for excellence across three key areas: prestige, social impact, and practice breadth.

In a Law360 Pulse interview, Chair Eric McCrath said MoFo’s success stems from maintaining “a balanced practice” across litigation and transactional work, strong relationships with innovative industry-leading clients, and a culture that values and supports its people.

“We, as firm leaders, need to ensure that we are looking after the interests of our people and making sure that they feel a sense of belonging, a sense of shared perspective and values, a sense of commitment to their careers that make[s] them want to ensure that they stay the course with us,” McCrath said.
