Christoph Wagner Shortlisted for Tech and Media Lawyer of the Year at The Legal 500 Germany Awards 2026

Christoph Wagner, co-chair of Morrison Foerster’s global Media Group, has been shortlisted for Tech and Media Lawyer of the Year at The Legal 500 Germany Awards 2026. The award series celebrates outstanding achievements across the German legal market, recognizing leading lawyers from both private practice and in-house teams.

Christoph has provided M&A and regulatory guidance to the technology, media, and telecommunications industries for more than 25 years. He focuses on complex transactions as well as the regulation of artificial intelligence and providing strategic regulatory advice to media and communications companies.

Christoph is an honorary professor at the University of Potsdam and lectures on European media law and digital platforms. He frequently writes and speaks on topics of interest to the industry. He was recently named the 2026 Lawyer of the Year for Technology Law in Berlin, Germany by Best Lawyers.
