Morrison Foerster has once again been recognized for its commitment to inclusion in the workplace, receiving the Gold Rating in the PRIDE Index 2025, an initiative organized by work with Pride (wwP), a Japan-based nonprofit that promotes equality and inclusion for the LGBTQ+ community across corporate Japan. This marks the fourth time the firm has received this prestigious recognition.
The PRIDE Index evaluates companies in Japan based on five key categories: Policy, Representation, Inspiration, Development, and Engagement/Empowerment (PRIDE). The Gold Rating is awarded to organizations demonstrating outstanding efforts and measurable progress toward creating an inclusive workplace for LGBTQ+ employees and allies.
The 2025 results were announced during the work with Pride 2025 Conference held on November 14 and will also be featured on the organization’s website and in its press release.
The PRIDE Index was launched in 2016 as Japan’s first evaluation system for workplace LGBTQ+ inclusion. Morrison Foerster continues to be a proud supporter of wwP and its mission through corporate engagement and education.
