Connect Media has honored four Morrison Foerster lawyers at its sixth annual Lawyers in Real Estate Awards. Tushna Gamadia (National), Joshua Pierce (Boston & New England), Philip Levine (California), and Keith Print (Florida & Gulf Coast) were selected among 110 attorneys nationwide for their professional excellence and community impact. MoFo was one of only a handful of law firms with four or more honorees this year.
Tushna Gamadia, based in New York, represents financial institutions and investors in complex real estate financings, joint ventures, acquisitions, developments, and sales of commercial properties. She regularly advises on cross-border transactions and structured financings involving multi-family, commercial, and mixed-use developments across major markets.
Philip Levine, selected among California’s honorees, brings deep experience advising clients on real estate development, finance, acquisitions, dispositions, and joint ventures. He is known for helping investors and developers structure transformative projects that advance sustainability and growth in the region.
Joshua Pierce, recognized in the Boston & New England region, leads MoFo’s Boston Real Estate practice. He has guided billions of dollars in acquisitions, financings, and dispositions of U.S. real estate assets, with a focus on sophisticated, high-value transactions.
Keith Print, named for the Florida & Gulf Coast region, represents leading financial institutions in large, complex syndicated mortgage, mezzanine, and construction loan transactions. His clients lend to prominent developers and owners of multifamily, office, and industrial properties throughout the Southeast United States.
