Morrison Foerster advised Godspeed Capital Management, a Defense & Government services, solutions, and technology-focused private equity firm, on government contracts, trade, and national security aspects of its strategic investment in NextPoint Group, a leading provider of technology and mission enablement solutions for the intelligence and defense communities. Godspeed Capital will work closely with NextPoint Group to establish it as the leading brand for a new mission technology platform focused on software development, cybersecurity, and network architecture serving the national security community.
