Morrison Foerster served as government contracts counsel to Arlington Capital Partners, a Washington, D.C.-based private equity firm focused on middle market investment opportunities in growth industries, on its agreement to sell Stellant Systems, Inc., a premier designer and manufacturer of radio frequency and microwave amplification products, to TransDigm Group Inc., a leading global designer, producer and supplier of highly engineered aircraft components, for $960 million.
