Morrison Foerster advised Sabel Systems Technology Solutions, LLC (Sabel Systems), a leader in digital engineering and secure mission solutions, on regulatory matters related to its acquisition of Centil, a company recognized for its expertise in DevSecOps, CI/CD product development, and space-domain systems engineering. Centil marks Sabel System’s second acquisition since its majority investment by Sagewind Capital in October 2024.
