Morrison Foerster advised SkyKnight Capital (“SkyKnight”) and its portfolio company DOCS Dermatology Group (“DOCS”) in connection with the refinancing and upsize of DOCS’ credit facility. The refinancing was led by incumbent lenders Antares Capital and New Mountain Capital, with Penfund joining the lender group.
