MoFo Hires Litigator From Pallas In London

Law360 covered partner Susana Cao Miranda joining Morrison Foerster in its Complex Litigation + Advisement group in the firm's London office. She is the seventh partner MoFo has recruited in London in the past 12 months.

Cao Miranda is experienced in representing clients before the English courts and in other jurisdictions in proceedings that involve general commercial litigation, finance litigation, mass torts and parent company liability claims, investment fraud and claims linked to breaches of competition law. She noted that "overall, disputes are becoming more complex, more global and more closely aligned with regulatory risk, which is where firms like Morrison Foerster are particularly well positioned."
