(June 2, 2026) – Morrison Foerster, a leading global law firm, is pleased to announce that Annette Sheridan has joined the firm as Chief People Officer.
As Chief People Officer, Sheridan will lead the firm’s global people strategy for attorneys and business professionals, overseeing talent management, professional development, recruiting, employee engagement, and other strategic initiatives that support the firm’s culture of excellence. She will partner closely with firm leadership to further strengthen and innovate on MoFo’s talent development efforts and enhance the workplace experience across its global platform.
Sheridan joins MoFo with more than 25 years of experience leading global human resources and talent functions across multinational organizations. Most recently, she spent two decades at another AmLaw 50 international law firm, where she served in senior leadership roles including Global Chief Human Resources Officer and Director of Human Resources. Throughout her career, Sheridan has spearheaded scalable HR frameworks, fostered inclusive workplaces, and aligned people strategies with long-term business objectives.
