Morrison Foerster advised Norwest, a global venture and growth equity investment firm, in obtaining the financing to help fund its strategic partnership with East Range Group (ERG), a family of regional high-purity water systems and service companies. The partnership provides ERG with long-term capital, resources, and strategic support to continue investing in its people, customers, capabilities, and new growth opportunities.
