Morrison Foerster advised B&A, a leading information technology systems integrator serving the federal government, on government contracts and national security matters related to its acquisition of Celestar Corporation, a global, multi-disciplinary intelligence services and solutions provider. The acquisition adds multi-INT disciplines to B&A’s existing offerings, strengthening B&A’s intelligence offerings and improving its ability to pursue larger federal opportunities.
