American Bankruptcy Institute Names Bryan Kotliar to 40 Under 40

Morrison Foerster restructuring partner Bryan Kotliar has been selected for the American Bankruptcy Institute’s (ABI) 40 Under 40 program. The program recognizes 40 professionals under the age of 40 who are making a meaningful impact in the bankruptcy and insolvency community through their leadership, achievements, and service. This year marks the program’s 10th anniversary.

Bryan is a partner in our Business Restructuring + Insolvency Group in New York, where he advises clients in complex chapter 11 cases, bankruptcy litigation, and distressed situations. Bryan serves as the chair of Young Catholic Renewal, which organizes networking and service opportunities for young restructuring professionals, and has raised hundreds of thousands of dollars to help feed New Yorkers in need.
