MoFo Marks Seattle Office Opening with Premier Client Event
Morrison Foerster’s Seattle office recently welcomed more than 200 clients, alumni, and MoFo personnel for its premier client event at Axis Art Gallery in Pioneer Square, held in conjunction with Seattle’s First Thursday Art Walk. The event celebrated the opening of the office and highlighted MoFo’s growing presence in the Pacific Northwest.
The Seattle office strengthens MoFo’s presence in one of the nation’s leading technology and innovation markets, adding depth across the firm’s trial, complex litigation, product liability, and regulatory practices, as well as its technology and AI industry groups. The team represents leading companies across industries, including technology, manufacturing, retail, real estate, and life sciences.
Seattle office managing partner Michael Glaser and firm chair Eric McCrath welcomed guests with brief remarks, followed by a reception featuring several MoFo- and Seattle-inspired experiences. Guests enjoyed fresh espresso and a custom MoFo coffee blend from a local roaster at the “MoFo Brewhouse,” along with a pop-up swag shop, a walk-in photobooth, and food stations throughout the space. Meanwhile, local artist Dozfy painted a mural featuring a MoFo duck, while electric violinist Bonnie Brooksbank provided live music. The event drew strong feedback from clients and colleagues alike, who highlighted the energy in the room, thoughtful details, and excitement surrounding MoFo’s arrival in Seattle.
“It was fantastic to see so many clients and colleagues come together to celebrate this milestone for our Seattle office,” Michael said. “The enthusiasm in the room was a great reminder of why we’re so excited to be here. We want our clients to know that they can count on us for the local insight, deep experience, and firmwide resources they need to tackle their most complex challenges. I’m looking forward to building on the momentum from this event, strengthening our connections in the community, and seeing what we can accomplish together in the years ahead.”
