Carlos Uriarte spoke with Bloomberg Law about the congressional oversight challenges facing the Administration following Democrats’ victories in the House and Senate. Carlos noted that Democratic committee leaders “are already thinking about how to execute their oversight agenda, even in a world where they’re going to face some of these new legal arguments from the administration.” He also highlighted the possibility of conditioning national security funding on compliance with oversight requests as Democrats anticipate executive privilege disputes and litigation.
