Lily Li Named to IPR Daily’s 2026 Top IPR U.S. Lawyers
Lily Li, a partner in Morrison Foerster’s Intellectual Property practice and head of Litigation in the Palo Alto office, has been named to IPR Daily’s 2026 Top IPR U.S. Lawyers 10 in the Section 337 Investigations category.
The annual recognition highlights U.S. lawyers who deliver exceptional intellectual property counsel to Chinese clients across key practice areas, including Section 337 investigations, standard-essential patent (SEP) and FRAND litigation, cross-border e-commerce intellectual property, and trade secret litigation.
Lily was recognized for her leadership representing Chinese clients in complex Section 337 investigations, including helping secure a complete defense victory for Insta360 in Investigation No. 337-TA-1400 before the U.S. International Trade Commission. The Commission cleared Insta360 of all asserted utility patent claims, allowing the company to continue importing and selling its flagship products in the United States without restriction. The Morrison Foerster team defeated GoPro’s effort to obtain an exclusion order barring the importation of Insta360’s camera products.
IPR Daily announced the 2026 honorees at an awards ceremony on July 25, 2026.
