Advising Autodesk, a global software provider, on the IP, technology and on-going transitional services of various UK acquisitions. (2013)

Advising AIG Europe on a wide range of commercial and technology agreements. (2010 onwards)

For over a decade, we have advised HM Revenue & Customs, the UK's central taxing authority, on its high-profile technology outsourcing arrangement, including its outsourcing re-procurement exercise, the integration of diverse outsourcing contracts and the re-negotiation of outsourcing contracts.

Advising these 3 UK government departments on issues associated with their multi-billion pound contracts with Airwave Services for the provision of emergency mobile radio coverage across the emergency services in the UK. (1996; and on-going)

Advising Intel on the IP, technology and on-going transitional services aspects of various acquisitions. (2013)

Advising ITWorx, Egypt’s largest software company, on various projects, including tax issues and its UK contracts. (2011; and on-going)

Advising lastminute.com on outsourcing and IT contracts (2013)

Advising a NYSE-listed health tech company on UK consumer rights obligations and the regulatory framework around electrical warranties.

Supporting one of UK’s largest public EV charging networks with public procurement and regulatory advice to foster company’s entrance into local e-mobility markets.

Advising UK-based insurance company Phoenix Group on its outsourcing relationships (2010; and onwards)

Advising Telenor, the Norwegian state telco, on various projects, including its programme of managed services outsourcing; an e-payment gateway; and agreements relating to the provision of software and systems. (2013)

We advised the UK Border Agency on its initial £297 million business process outsourcing contract, and the subsequent re-tendering of those outsourced arrangements and transition to new service providers. Services in scope include the establishment of physical visa applications centres; provision of information services; and the secure transmission of all visa applicant details.  Over 200 countries are in-scope to receive services. This project won the award for "e-Government excellence" at the e-Government National Awards. (2007; and ongoing)
