  • Advising VISA on multiple M&A and venture capital transactions including its acquisition of a minority equity stake in fintech unicorn, Interswitch and investments in Bankable, Truelayer, GPS and Shieldpay.

  • Advised Tate & Lyle plc on multiple transactions including its acquisition of leading global Stevia producer Sweet Green Fields.

  • Advising LIVEKINDLY Collective, one of the world’s largest plant-based food companies, on its acquisition of No Meat, Iceland Foods’ vegan meat alternative company.

  • Advising Hassad Food on its acquisition of an equity stake in Sunrise Foods.

  • Representing Verlinvest / Sonora Mills on the disposal of the European operations of Popchips to KP Foods.
