Andrew’s practice focuses on UK and international cross-border M&A, private equity, joint ventures, and general corporate representation. He provides comprehensive counsel on a broad range of corporate and commercial work, focusing on M&A, private equity, corporate reorganizations, and private and public company representation and has particular experience advising European, Asian and U.S. strategic clients on cross-border M&A mandates, including in distressed situations and on complex carve-out transactions.
Working for a broad range of clients, Andrew regularly undertakes transactions for companies in heavily regulated industries such as pharmaceuticals, aviation and tourism, and those subject to international capital controls.
Prior to joining Morrison & Foerster in 2016, Andrew practiced at an international law firm’s London office. During that appointment, he was seconded to a global travel company to oversee the legal aspects of its major disposal program of non-core businesses and he also spent time in his prior firm’s Hong Kong office, working on a number of M&A transactions across Asia—principally Hong Kong, Singapore, and the Philippines.
