The subjects of his doctoral thesis are stock corporation law and capital markets law. Before joining Morrison Foerster in 2013, Moritz worked with major international law firms in Cologne and Berlin. In 2020, he graduated from the Foreign Service Academy (Berlin). During his period of service with the Foreign Office, he helped fight the COVID pandemic and deal with the consequences of the Russian war of aggression against Ukraine. Tessa Schwartz has an active practice counseling companies on intellectual property issues, and negotiating complex intellectual property and commercial agreements.
