Morrison Foerster hosted the ScaleUp Speaker Series, a complimentary 10-part series that provided a deep dive into the legal aspects of founding, funding, and growing a startup. Through weekly seminars, attendees gained practical insights into navigating key legal issues at every stage of a startup’s lifecycle and learned how to avoid common legal pitfalls that can have significant consequences down the road.
The 2021 ScaleUp Speaker Series was offered as a virtual program hosted by Timothy J. Harris, enabling participants to attend from any location. Attendees had the opportunity to engage in extended Q&A sessions and connect with fellow founders, investors, and industry professionals.
