Morrison Foerster partner and co-chair of the Employment + Labor Group, Eric Akira Tate, will be speaking at the Practising Law Institute’s Fundamentals of Noncompetes 2023 program. This program will bring together experts to provide essential information about restrictive covenant law, including understanding the types of restrictive covenants, the interests they can protect, and the rules for their use. Attendees will gain insights into how to protect company trade secrets, customer relationships, workforces, and other applicable business interests, and how to position a company in the event of any future regulation of noncompetes or further state limitations.
