On Thursday, October 26, from 3:45 p.m. to 4:50 p.m. co-chair of the Appellate and Supreme Court practice, Joe Palmore will speak in the “Decoding the Supreme Court: Critical Insights for Retailers” general session. This session will dive into the recent SCOTUS decisions retailers need to understand, what to expect in the coming Term, and what else is happening at the Court.
On Friday, October 27, from 8:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m., Tritia Murata, Global Co-chair of the Employment + Labor Group, David Zins, partner of the Employment + Labor Group, and Julie Stockton, Senior Counsel for Employment Litigation at Gap, will host the “New Tech Meets Wage and Hour Litigation” breakout session.
