FINRA Institute at Georgetown Certified Regulatory and Compliance Professional (CRCP)® Program

MoFo associate Maxwell Rich will serve as a co-instructor with Gabriela Aguero, FINRA’s Vice President of Corporate Financing, during Week II of the FINRA Institute at Georgetown Certified Regulatory and Compliance Professional (CRCP)® Program. The capstone program brings together regulatory professionals for advanced training on key issues in securities regulation, enforcement, and compliance. Maxwell will lead discussions and case studies designed to help participants address complex regulatory and compliance challenges.
