Trevor Levine will speak on a panel titled “Strategic Investments in Regulated Entities” on Friday, April 17. The session will explore how in-house regulatory experts can support strategic transactions and collaborate with deal teams throughout the transaction lifecycle.
Rhys Bortignon will speak on a panel titled “Taking Tokenization from Concept to Reality” on Friday, April 17. He and his co-panelists will discuss the GENIUS Act, the CFTC’s adoption of tokenized assets as collateral, and how legal and compliance departments can facilitate the adoption of stablecoins and other tokenized assets.
