Brian Sylvester will be presenting “PFAS, Heavy Metals & Other Environmental Contaminants” during PrimeLabel Consultants’ 38th Annual Food Label Conference on June 1, 2026. Brian will focus on best practices to avoid heavy metal contaminants from coming though unknowingly in imported ingredients and explore how packaging components and public waters systems can impact PFAS contamination. He will also provide strategies for regarding liability and risks to the food supply.
