Tokenization and Tokenized Collateral – Where We Are and Where We’re Going

The ABA’s Innovative Digital Products and Processes section of the Derivatives and Futures Law Committee (IDPPS) is hosting a second part to the inaugural program, Tokenization and Tokenized Collateral – Where We Are and Where We’re Going, featuring a panel discussion on the basics of tokenization and a further overview of the topics the program series covers, including security interests and perfection of tokenized collateral, tokenized collateral in derivatives markets, tokenized equity considerations, and lessons learned from the tokenized treasury market.
