Negotiating Core ISDA Documentation: Schedule to the ISDA Master Agreement

Morrison Foerster partner Rhys Bortignon will speak at ISDA’s Negotiating Core ISDA Documentation: Schedule to the ISDA Master Agreement, a virtual program focused on negotiating the Schedule to the 2002 ISDA Master Agreement.

Rhys will join derivatives practitioners and ISDA representatives for a section-by-section examination of the 2002 ISDA Master Agreement, including key differences from the 1992 agreement. The program will address Events of Default and Termination Events, counterparty default management, damages and close-out methodologies, set-off and interest rate provisions, and the Close-Out Amount Protocol, as well as ISDA Create and the ISDA Clause Library.
