The Antitrust and Competition Law Summit is a half-day CLE program designed for in-house counsel and antitrust practitioners, featuring substantive programming across the full spectrum of antitrust and competition law. The program typically includes partner-led panels and moderated discussions covering merger control, civil litigation, cartel defense, international competition issues, and regulatory developments.
Subject to availability, the firm’s antitrust partners participate as panelists and moderators, offering practical perspectives informed by current market experience. The Summit is open to clients and prospective clients and is intended to provide meaningful, actionable insights while fostering stronger professional relationships. The program concludes with a networking reception to encourage continued dialogue among attendees and firm lawyers.
The event is expected to be hosted in either Washington, DC or New York City. Prior iterations have been held at premier venues including the Rosewood Sand Hill and the Ritz-Carlton San Francisco.
